1.2. BUYER: Name/Surname, Address, and Contact Information are as specified in the order form, which constitutes an integral part of this agreement, and were declared by the BUYER at the time of the order.

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the qualities and sales price of which are specified below, ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's website ozsport.at

ARTICLE 3 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without assuming any legal or criminal responsibility and without giving any reason, provided that the SELLER is notified within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product.

ARTICLE 4 - PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED Pursuant to the Regulation; the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products such as underwear bottom parts, swimwear bottoms, and bikini bottoms where the protective hygiene strip has been opened/removed due to hygiene reasons.

Sports bras and leggings may be returned provided that, even if tried on, their hygienic conditions are not compromised, their tags are not removed, and their re-saleability remains intact.

ARTICLE 5 - AUTHORIZED COURT In the implementation of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place of residence of the BUYER or the SELLER are authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.
