Returns & Exchanges Policy

In line with our “Balance in Motion” philosophy, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your Ozsports experience. If your order doesn’t align with your flow, our return and exchange process is simple.

Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order.

Refunds

Once your returned item reaches our warehouse and is approved by our quality control team, your refund will be processed and reflected on your original payment method within 3-7 business days.

Return Conditions (Please Note)

To be eligible for a return, your items must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and unworn outside.

• In their original condition with all tags attached.

• Returned in their original packaging.

⚠️ Important Note: Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on products where the protective hygiene strip has been removed or if the item’s hygienic integrity has been compromised during trying on.

How Does the Return Process Work?

1. Create a Request Go to the “My Orders” page on your account to initiate a return request, or simply send an email to ozsportsofficial@gmail.com with your order number.

2. Pack Your Items Place the product(s) along with the invoice in the package securely to prevent damage.

3. Ship It Drop off the package at the shipping carrier using the free return code we provide you.
